Meet Kate

“I've been a yo yo dieter for years, start a fad, never lasts long, I saw pictures of myself over Christmas and jumped on the scales new years day and thought enough is enough, I hated seeing myself, I was sluggish, unhappy, avoided going out because I felt awful in everything, I've always thought "I know how to diet, I know how to excercise, I'll start soon" but it never happens. I knew Louisa before joining and so knew about her group, I decided to join the zoom meetings, just to see how I found it, I’ve been to other weight loss groups in the past and attending and staying to classes wasn't ever my thing, so liked the idea of the Zoom meetings. Fast forward 7 months and I've lost 3 stone 10lb, dropped almost 3 dress sizes (depending where I shop), I've hit my weight target plus a little wiggle room for an all inclusive holiday. Louisa and all her lovely members have been such an amazing support, offering advice, guidance, recipes & ideas, and above all else encouragement. For me, the weekly accountability gives me short term goals, I focus on my goals for the week and it keeps my mindset engaged, taking time to plan and track my food really makes me think about what I'm putting in me. The difference it's made to me, my life, my confidence and happiness is priceless, I'm full of energy, happier and my usual joint pains are a fraction of what they were! The whole family are eating better and are benefiting from the happier (perimenopausal) me. I've just returned from the 2 week all inclusive holiday and for the first time since I can remember, I popped on that bikini with confidence and didn't spend the holiday wishing I'd tried harder. Meet Natalie

“I have been part of the feel fabulous family for over 4 years and without the support of Louisa and the group I wouldn’t be 8st lighter. Ultimately our wellbeing lays in our own hands, no one else makes our choices for us, no one else will cherish and nourish our bodies. One of the hardest things to do is take the step in the right direction (or through the door) and its hand on heart the best thing I did. My ongoing journey has and continues to be successful because of the support network that feel fabulous gives you. I will continue to be a goal member as that is what’s keeping me on track, maintaining and motivated. Prior to joining FF I was unhealthy, unmotivated and probably miserable. We bought a dog and I would struggle to walk him round the block. Now I go to the gym daily, my fitness incredible. Breaking things down into smaller, manageable steps with gradual progression made it doable. I went from walking, to boxercise, to running to strength training. My confidence is high and I now throughly enjoy going to the gym. This right up is Natalie “

Meet Clare

“I joined louisa at feel fabulous in September 2024 weighing the heaviest I've ever been. I was a size 18/20!! I was so unhappy with myself, I was tired constantly, and was struggling to keep up with my 3 grandchildren, I was 46 and felt so much older. I'd just had some blood tests, which showed borderline diabetic i got the call from the doctor Friday and joined feel faboulous the following Wednesday. I knew I needed to lose weight, but also change my lifestyle. Alcohol and junk food was my basic diet!! I wanted something that fitted into normal life, not having to follow a fad diet. Within a week I realised this was perfect for me, I could eat "normal" food and still lose weight. I was so happy!! I plan most of my meals ahead, I eat lovely healthy food now, lots of fruit, veg and drink lots of water. And i walk as much as I can, i have so much more energy, I can finally keep up with my family. I'm no longer borderline diabetic, and I've gone from a size 18/20 to a size 12!!! Just over 10 months to lose 4 stone 1lb to my happy weight I'm the happiest I've been in years and it's all thanks to louisa, the support she gives you is fab, her words of encouragement just when you need them keep you going!! I've met some lovely people in group, and will continue going to keep me on track.“
